Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for refund
The items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unwashed and unworn to be approved. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, you should notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items. Please do not send your purchase back to any manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be issued in the original credit card or payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed. A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to returned items.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account statements.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, connect with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not yet received your refund please contact us for further investigation. Just a reminder, money could take longer to be appeared on your credit card statements.
Sale items
No Refunds on Sale Items: We do not offer refunds on sale items, including items purchased during special promotions, holiday sales, or other discounts. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
Exchange Policy: While we do not offer refunds on sale items, we may offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Please note that exchanges are only possible if the item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Exceptions: In some cases, we may make exceptions to this policy, such as if the sale item is defective or does not match the description. However, these exceptions are subject to our discretion and must be approved by our customer service team.
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our refund policy regarding sale items.
Returns and Exchanges
We have 14 days return policy on unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging.
You can easily return or exchange your items through our online portal or by contacting our customer service team.
We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We offer free return shipping for all orders within the United States. We only replace items if they are damaged. To return your item or exchange it for the same product, you will need to contact us via email or through the contact page and we will be able to ship the new item to you within 14 days after returning the product. For all returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping and Exchanges
Customers who located outside the local area and need to exchange items are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Please be aware that we have a machine inspector who checks for defects; exchanges due to minor defects or damage will not be accepted.
Gifts
Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They'll be treated as a regular return, and you'll receive a gift card for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 28 of the date on which they were purchased.
What is the return shipping fee?
Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label you returned in the original package, and send it back to us, if not you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
