7.  Place your order: Please review your order details carefully before confirming any purchase.

Track your orders

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. We track all orders from the moment they leave our store. If your item doesn't arrive on time, let us know and we'll locate it for you.
If the order can't be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we'll refund the shipping charges.

Where do we ship?

We ship only in the United States. Additional charge may apply it depends on your location and complexity of your order.

Shipping & delivery

Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (does not include holidays).

Standard shipping:  May take about 10-15 business days during the regular season.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $100.

Fast shipping:  Typically takes 1-7 business days (e.g., USPS Priority Mail, UPS 3-Day Select, FedEx Express Saver)

May take 1-2 business days for domestic shipments within the same region or nearby states. May take 2-3 business days for domestic shipments across the country.  Note: In December and June, shipping times may take longer.
